My son/daughter will not be traveling on the BreakShuttle that we have purchased a ticket for. Do we need to inform you that they will not be traveling?

As a courtesy to our operations team and the other pasengers on the trip, we ask that you do contact BreakShuttle to let us know if a ticketed passenger will not be riding. However, BreakShuttle cannot wait for late comers due to tight time constraints and will assume passengers are not traveling if they are not on the bus at departure time.
