Not a problem! If you purchased a ticket for someone else, the purchaser's name will be on the ticket. To change that, follow the link in your ticket email, and enter the correct name. If that link isn't working or if you are having trouble changing the name for any other reason, just email firstname.lastname@example.org with the purchaser name, trip and new passenger name and we'll get your ticket resent as soon as possible.
